We will be doing a deep-dive into the concepts of Holistic Nutrition, Vital Force and Supporting Detoxification which are important components of using natural health safely and effectively.  We will also be making our own tea blends and exploring extracts we can take home.  This workshop comes with a fun hands-on component as well as a gentle herb walk through the yard.   Don't miss this amazing opportunity to relax and learn right at Jenny's house which is surrounded by woods, yet right in Greenland.  The class is from 1-5:00.

The class will be followed by a potluck and music jam starting at 5:00 in the yard to celebrate the Fall Equinox with songs by several local musicians including an exclusive peek at some of Jenny's newest unreleased songs.  Bring your drum or an instrument and let's build our herbal community together through song and dance!  The social part or the gathering is from 5-10:00.  Bring a food or drink and a friend!

Parking is down the hill in front of the trailer.  Handicapped parking is available up the hill by the house.  If you have a load of things to drop off, you may drive up to unpack and then repark.  Some spots may be available in the yard by the house if the ground is dry.

Facilities include an outdoor composting bathroom with a hand wash station as well as spring water to drink.  We have power outside as well for charging phones if needed.  The house food for the potluck will be a vegan bean and rice base which can be made into a mexican or other themed dish of your choice.  If anyone wants to stay the night, you may bring a tent or camp in your car.  We will have firewood and a fire ring available.
